HealthRecords Nevada, statewide health information exchange opens to consumers for the first time (fall launch). HealtHIE Nevada and b.well Connected Health are pairing Nevada’s provider network, more than 220 hospitals, clinics, and health systems, with a consumer app so residents can pull connected health info into one place instead of logging into a different portal for every doctor. That exchange has long served providers and payers; this is the first time it opens directly to consumers, and it sits alongside existing patient portals rather than replacing them. BLM asks to vacate/remand Townsite Solar 2 data-center ROW. The Bureau of Land Management filed Monday to set aside its right-of-way amendment approval near Boulder City so it can do more review. Developer Townsite Solar 2 LLC does not oppose the ask, but Boulder City does, arguing a remand would lift the stay without committing BLM to an environmental assessment, a public process, or cooperating-agency status. City opposition is due Oct 5. Zoox’s Nevada 100-robotaxi cap lifted Fri, Sep 25. The NTA permit that limited Amazon-owned Zoox to 100 vehicles in Nevada expired Sep 25, clearing room to grow the Las Vegas commercial fleet while Waymo competes on the Strip. Zoox has not said how quickly it will add vehicles after the cap lift. via TechCrunch
